Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform regression and feature testing of the product and product enhancements to ensure stability and quality.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on requirements and design documents.
- Execute test cases and document test results accurately.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Track defects through closure and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
- Automate the testing process using appropriate automation tools and frameworks.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts to improve test coverage.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Conduct smoke, sanity, functional, and integration testing as required.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
- Prepare test reports and provide regular updates on testing progress to stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior team members in testing methodologies and tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
