Role Overview

The Trainee role at Wipro involves configuring and testing the company’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System according to client requirements. Candidates will use internal systems and tools to configure tables, parameters, and workflows while ensuring the application functions as expected through comprehensive testing activities.

The position provides exposure to software testing methodologies, SQL queries, database concepts, SDLC practices, and enterprise software environments. Key Responsibilities

• Configure and test Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System based on client requirements.
• Use proprietary systems and tools to configure tables and parameters as defined by analysis.
• Support software testing activities and quality assurance processes.
• Execute validation and testing procedures to ensure system accuracy.
• Work with database concepts and SQL queries to support system configurations.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve system quality.
• Take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and deliverables.

Required Skills & Eligibility

• B.E, B.Tech, or MCA qualification.
• 2025 passed-out candidates only.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of SAS and Mainframe principles and concepts.
• Knowledge of simple and complex SQL queries.
• Ability to write intermediate SQL queries.
• Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance methodologies.
• Understanding of automation testing principles is desirable.
• Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of relational database concepts, table relationships, keys, SQL, and DB2 queries.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to share information clearly and communicate concisely.
• Strong understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
• Highly self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.

Additional Job Details

• Service Agreement: 12 Months
• Work Location: Noida
• Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (9.5 Hours Shift)
• Technical Interview Mode: Face-to-Face at Wipro Noida Office
