Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for IAM applications and tools.
• Support Microsoft Access tools used for shared folder access management.
• Maintain PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Manage SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID users and groups.
• Resolve Azure Active Directory synchronization issues.
• Handle account provisioning, password resets, and user access requests.
• Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and minimize system downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with end users and IT teams to resolve security and access issues.

Required Skills

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
