- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals including Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, cloud technologies, DNS, HTTP, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, C++, Bash, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js is an advantage.
- Customer-first mindset with excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
- Exposure to Salesforce products, AI coding assistants, Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Gemini is an added advantage.
