Job Summary – Software Engineer Trainee (Java Full Stack)
Airdit Software Services is hiring passionate and motivated fresh graduates for the role of Software Engineer Trainee – Java Full Stack. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in Java, Advanced Java, OOPs, DBMS, and SQL, along with basic exposure to frontend and backend development.
You will work on real-time projects, collaborate with experienced developers, and gain hands-on exposure to modern enterprise technologies in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer Trainee, you will:
Assist in designing, developing, and testing software applications
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Work on database queries and basic performance optimization
Debug, analyze, and resolve technical issues
Assist in backend development using Java and Spring concepts
Support frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic exposure)
Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and programming languages
Participate in team discussions and contribute to project milestones
Follow coding standards and best development practices
Mandatory Skills
Java & Advanced Java
Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)
SQL & DBMS fundamentals
Basic understanding of Java Full Stack architecture (Frontend, Backend, Database)
