Roles & Responsibilities

• At Keysight Technologies, we are seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing our PCIe protocol analyser and exerciser products through both manual and automated testing methods to ensure the highest quality standards.
• You will work closely with R&D Project Manager, Product Architects, Solution Teams, FPGA and Software Engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.

• The candidate will work closely with teams in Germany and US and coordinate with partners who provide R&D resources necessary for executing the project.

Requirements / Skills

Education:

• Electronics/ Electrical /Computer Science Engineering or closely related field

Essential:

• Proven experience of 0 to 4 years in software quality assurance, with a focus on electronics measurement instruments
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test for protocol analysers and exercisers using C# & python.
• Candidate should possess a solid understanding of electronics concepts.
• Solid understanding of manual testing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement, with a passion for software quality and customer satisfaction.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio
• Familiarity with Git source control
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools – Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket
