Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead data management during start-up.
• Act as a data liaison between Clinical Data Management and all other Covance departments and business units.
• Manage all client queries.
• Assist in the identification and initiation of process improvement activities.
• Create standard data transfer format(s) in compliance with client requests while adhering to internal processes and regulatory standards.
• Provide ongoing data management support during study maintenance.
• Ensure uninterrupted client service.
• Record data transfer activities and maintain protocol portfolios to track workload and productivity.
• Work in collaboration with Clinical Data Manager personnel.
• Mentoring of new hires.
• Quality review of teamwork for simple to moderate tasks.
• Triage responsibilities for work assessment and allocation.
• Support as SME for training requirements.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of metrics.
• Represent team in department-level meetings.

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree
• Engineering / SQL / Informatica knowledge (Preferred)
