Job Description

PTC develops software that connects the physical and digital worlds, helping companies improve operations and create better products. As an Associate Product Analyst, you will support global customers using PTC’s PLM product, Windchill, by troubleshooting issues, documenting solutions, and improving knowledge resources.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide support services to assist customers and field staff with configuration and troubleshooting of installation and functionality queries with Windchill products.
• Deliver customer-centric support through understanding issues and applying product knowledge.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of Windchill installation and functionality issues.
• Create software configurations, duplicate issues, and investigate technical problems.
• Track problem resolutions while collaborating with internal teams such as R&D and QA.
• Communicate solutions and updates to customers.
• Assist in creating and implementing technical training and documentation.
• Collaborate with global offices to deliver support for mission-critical customers.
• Contribute to the PTC knowledge base by writing technical articles and documenting best practices.

Requirements / Skills

• B.E. in Computer or IT.
• B.E. (Mechanical / E&TC / Electrical) with CDAC or equivalent certification can also apply.
• 0–2 years of Windchill functionality/configuration administration experience.
• Freshers with strong Java and database knowledge are eligible.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic operating system administration skills (Windows / Unix).
• Basic understanding of networking and system configurations.

Added Advantage

• Oracle Certified Associate – Java SE 8 Programmer.
• Oracle Database Administration Certified Associate.
