Job Description
The L&D Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various learning initiatives across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, functional leaders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs. The intern will also be responsible for managing learning data, maintaining attendance and feedback reports of learning programs, and handling the administration of online learning platforms. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about employee learning.
Roles & Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end logistics for online and in-person learning offerings.
- Manage all pre- and post-program communications including invites, reminders, attendance, and feedback.
- Provide facilitation or producer support for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, functional leads, and SMEs to support New Hire Orientation, Graduate onboarding, Leadership Programs, and other learning interventions.
Learning Platform Administration
- Administer and maintain the Horizon Learning Platform.
- Manage program scheduling, content uploads, learner enrolment, and platform-related troubleshooting.
Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain learning programs attendance, feedback and completion reports and trackers.
- Generate standard and custom reports on usage, participation, completion, and other learning metrics.
- Assist in collating and validating data for monthly/quarterly L&D dashboards
Requirements / Skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks aligned to learning projects.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capability.
- High attention to detail with analytical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
