Role Overview
The Quality Auditing Associate will support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities by working with global teams to review quality documentation, verify production processes, and ensure products meet customer and industry quality standards. The role focuses on quality assurance, inspection validation, workflow coordination, and supplier collaboration within the supply chain execution process.

environment.Key Responsibilities
- Work with the First Article Inspection (FAI) team to plan, schedule, prioritize, review, and deliver FAI activities.
- Verify production processes to ensure products consistently meet design and customer requirements.
- Review FAI documents, quality standards, and approval processes.
- Ensure products and materials comply with industry quality standards.
- Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) assessments as per AS9102 requirements.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders for issue resolution and escalations.
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality & Development Managers to implement corrective action plans.
- Support workflow coordination and work prioritization.
- Maintain process turnaround time metrics and quality standards.
- Work effectively as an individual contributor within the assigned team.
Required Skills & Eligibility
- BE, B.Tech, or B.Sc qualification.
- 0–1 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense (A&D) fundamentals.
- Understanding of Aerospace Quality Management Standards.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Knowledge of First Article Inspection (FAI) packages as per AS9102 is desirable.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, inspection processes, and hand measuring tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, email writing, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and rotational shifts.
