Role Overview
The Associate – Talent Development role focuses on designing and developing next-generation learning solutions for Deloitte’s global workforce and clients. Candidates will contribute to instructional design projects by creating engaging training materials, learning content, storyboards, instructor guides, and digital learning resources that improve organizational learning experiences.
Working with Deloitte’s Learning Design Services team provides valuable exposure to modern instructional design methodologies, e-learning development, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), instructor-led training (ILT), multimedia content creation, and collaboration with subject matter experts across global teams. The position also offers opportunities to strengthen communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze learning design requirements and define project scope for assigned work.
- Design and develop learning deliverables aligned with project objectives.
- Create training materials including storyboards, video scripts, audio scripts, instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, diagrams, illustrations, and self-study materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective learning solutions.
- Support instructional design requirements across Deloitte US firms.
- Communicate project status and highlight delivery risks to project managers.
- Contribute to developing engaging learning experiences using modern instructional design practices.
Required Skills & Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
