Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Data Analytics Intern to support our HR team in various data analytics initiatives. This internship will provide valuable support in the field of HR analytics, focusing on talent acquisition, data visualization and automation projects.
The intern will work under the guidance of the HR Manager and collaborate with various team members to analyze data, generate insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.

- Assist in the documentation of current workflows and the design of workflow management / automated solutions.
- Participate in testing and evaluating tools and software.
Data Management and Reporting
- Help maintain and update HR data systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in generating regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Support the HR Manager in data-driven decision-making by providing insights based on analysis.
