Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and escalate SIEM alerts based on correlation rules.
- Analyze email protection alerts and malware incidents.
- Support proactive SIEM content tuning and use-case implementation.
- Perform threat hunting using network flow, user behavior, and threat intelligence.
- Analyze phishing emails and investigate potential security threats.
- Assist in incident handling and follow established Incident Response Playbooks.
- Review HTTP, SMTP, and network logs under guidance.
- Perform quality assessments of SOC operations and identify process deviations.
- Prepare trend analysis, RCA reports, and process improvement recommendations.
- Support critical cyber incident quality assessments and investigation reviews.

- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office, Defender for Identity, and Sentinel.
