Role Overview

Required Skills & Eligibility

- 10th and 12th Standard: Pass.
- Core Mathematics must have been studied during graduation.
- One active backlog is allowed during the online assessment and must be cleared along with the final semester.
- Maximum 3 years of education gap allowed between 10th and commencement of graduation.
- No gaps during the graduation period.
- Must have completed a full-time degree recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
- Indian Citizen, PIO, OCI card holder, or eligible Nepal/Bhutan national.
Salary Insights
Wipro has officially announced the compensation structure for the WILP program. Selected candidates will receive âš15,000 + âš488 (ESI) per month during the first year, âš17,000 + âš553 (ESI) during the second year, âš19,000 + âš618 (ESI) during the third year, and âš23,000 per month during the fourth year. Additionally, candidates will receive a âš75,000 joining bonus along with the first month’s stipend.
