Position Summary

 

Join Deloitte’s Workplace Experience – Administrative Business Center as a Services Support Associate II, Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support in a service center environment and help deliver high-quality work for Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers.

Work You’ll Do

 

As a Services Support Associate II, Administrative Assistant on the Workplace Experience – Administrative Business Center team, you will be responsible for:

  • Produce accurate administrative deliverables and manage assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Document project activities in workflow tools and maintain Deloitte brand standards across deliverables.
  • Draft, format, and edit correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate with national and local teams while supporting stakeholder requests across levels.
  • Provide administrative support for time and expense, request for payment, Swift, and SharePoint activities.

 

The Team

 

The Workplace Experience – Administrative Business Center team provides administrative support services in a service center environment for business stakeholders across levels.

The team works closely with internal clients and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support across a range of administrative processes.

This role is part of a collaborative environment focused on accuracy, responsiveness, and service delivery excellence.

 

Shift Timings

 

  • 5:30 AM–2:30 PM
  • 2 PM–11 PM
  • 6 PM–3 AM
  • 9 PM–6 AM

 

Qualifications

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any subject with 0-5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and similar business tools to complete administrative work.
  • Experience preparing, formatting, and editing business correspondence and deliverables.
  • Experience supporting administrative processes such as time and expense, request for payment, or workflow tracking.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers, or Managers.
  • Experience working in a service center or shared services environment.
  • Experience using Swift, Payables Tool, SAP, or SharePoint.
  • Experience coordinating work with virtual or cross-location teams.
