Job Description

As a Qualcomm Hardware Systems Engineer, you will design a complete framework or system that influences the shaping of state-of-the-art mobile, edge, auto, AR/VR, compute, IOT, wearable products.

Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, software, testing teams, etc.) to identify hardware testing needs and integrate components into products or systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of proven experience delivering wireless hardware from concept through validation is a must.

Requirements / Skills

• Seeking an experienced RF hardware designer with familiarity of 3GPP mobile handset RF standards and a background in the design of wireless products and circuitry including CDMA, WCDMA, GSM, and LTE receivers, transmitters, power amplifiers and synthesizers.
• Knowledge of GPS receivers and Bluetooth and WLAN transceivers considered a plus.
• Must be versed in baseband, power, and RF layout techniques on multi-layered FR4 PCB material.
• Experience in a product development environment is required, including comprehensive knowledge of the RF test equipment required for hardware validation.
