Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central communication point for Design, Maintain and Communicate the service support plans in IT Team.
- Communicate the business impact of major incidents and prioritize based on business impact to the client.
- Assess the impact of changes to systems, applications and infrastructure to determine requirements.
- Configure and solve – DHCP, DNS, various network devices and services.
- This is a hands-on role where significant participation and escalated support activities are expected including highly technical problem solving and Supporting day-day operations of Server environment.
- Includes proactive monitoring and management of the systems and utilize available monitoring tools.
- Escalate Issues to software vendor specific for Technical Support.
